The WRAP Obstruction Manager tool enables the user to analyse how much a wind turbine or a mast disturbs a nearby radar station. The tool calculates the signal-to-interference ratio caused by the wind turbine or the mast and compares it against the signal-to-interference ratio required by the radar receiver. In order to calculate the interference caused by the wind turbine or the mast the tool first calculates the radar cross section.
